Located in Scotland, Sales Agility are the owners of SuiteCRM. SuiteCRM is an award-winning open source Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.
Whilst SuiteCRM were still very keen to continue to be the market leader in open source, they were looking for ways to promote their paid for Hosting Service as an extension of their core brand offering. InTouchMarketing were tasked with reviewing their current marketing efforts and making recommendations for change.
In order to identify the best approach it was first important to understand where the Hosting Service fitted within the four main marketing strategies as defined by the Ansoff Matrix. By utilising this methodology, InTouchMarketing was quickly able to ascertain that this hosting services was classified as 'diversification'.
InTouchMarketing recommended that SuiteCRM invest in a dedicated web presence in order to promote the hosting services effectively, putting them on an equal footing with their competitors. InTouchMarketing further recommended that they develop a brand story in order to articulate their offering in a way that would resonate with this very specific target audience.
A brand new website was designed in line with the recommended strategy. All of the design, layout and copy were prepared by InTouchMarketing who then managed the whole process from briefing to usability testing and finally launch.
